How long does the program last?

The program has a duration of approximately 4 to 5 months, with the possibility of continuing the mentor-mentee relationship on an optional basis.

How often are the meetings held?

At least one monthly meeting is recommended, although each duo can adapt it according to their needs.

How are mentors and mentees assigned?

A selection and “matching” process is carried out based on profiles, interests and professional goals.

Are the meetings in person or virtual?

It can be both. The format is flexible and adjusted to the availability of each pair.

Do I need previous experience to participate as a mentee?

No. You just need motivation to learn, grow and commit to the process.

What if the mentor-mentee relationship doesn’t work?

The LatInspire committee provides ongoing support and can intervene to support or adjust the duo if necessary.
